SMALL Quarter size bite piece missing at the bottom center fold. Easily
repairable. A beautiful large
size original movie poster that would highlight any ocean, water, or
tropical themed decor.
An extremely popular
and very rare HORIZONTAL format
American movie poster measuring approx. 41" x 54". Subway sheets are printed on a
thicker paper than one-sheets. Most contain the same artwork as the advance
materials, and are almost always issued as "advances." They are most often found
in subway displays. These posters can be either rolled or folded. Some
collectors like the subway sheet because there are fewer of them released. They
are somewhat large and cumbersome, but because they are printed on a thick
paper, they are more durable. Still used
today. HIGHLY DESIRED DUE TO ITS HORIZONTAL FORMAT AND EXTREME SCARCITY!

Materials from this landmark X
rated film are extremely scare and highly sought after by collectors. The
most famous adult film in history. Deep Throat premiered in June of 1972 and
brought hardcore into popular culture, earning at least twice as much
(probably grossly underestimated) than any other porno film in history.
Our original movie poster is
from the "World Premier" at the Rialto Theatre in Minnesota. Was
this truly THE world premier for this film? This is unknown. It is most
likely though a one of a kind. It is a drawing of a woman and not a real
photograph. It measures 22 by 28 inches. The wording on the poster reads
"World Premier DEEP THROAT, Greatest film ever made, Now Playing at RIALTO
THEATRE". It has a ink stamp on the lower right from the AFL-CIO in
Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is probably from the Union shop that printed the
poster. Printed on thick poster board. There are areas where tape has
left residue and pulled some paper off the poster. There are
wrinkles on the poster. Still displays very nicely. Please click

EXTREMELY RARE COMPARED TO A ONE SHEET. In almost flawless condition.
This classic is extremely difficult to find any material for. 30x40's are printed on a very heavy card stock
material. Most 30" x 40"’s feature the same artwork as the one sheet and were
issued rolled. The National Screen Service number is
normally found on the side on the poster, as opposed to the lower bottom as is
the case with one-sheets. VERY difficult to find in Near Mint condition because
the card stock can crease easily. Normally, only a few hundred 30x40's were
printed. Studios have stopped issuing these. Does not need to be backed or
restored. |
